Acquisition of the C4 Group in Germany

Evergaz, Transition Evergreen and Eiffel Gaz Vert  acquired the C4 Group, a German company specialising in anaerobic digestion.
Evergaz’s portfolio capacity increases by almost 50%, with the  supervision of 10 new biogas plants in Germany.
