Evergaz sets up in the Hauts-de-France region
Evergaz announces that it has acquired a majority stake in the Biogy methanization plant in Etrun, Pas-de-Calais (62). This new acquisition enables Evergaz to establish itself for the first time in the Hauts-de-France region, thus strengthening its territorial coverage.
Evergaz raises €20 million to accelerate growth
Evergaz announces the issue of bonds convertible into shares subscribed by Bpifrance’s ETI 2020 fund and Eiffel Investment Group’s Eiffel Gaz Vert fund, thus taking a new step forward in the service of local energy transition and independence.
Acquisition of the C4 Group in Germany
Evergaz, Transition Evergreen and Eiffel Gaz Vert acquired the C4 Group, a German company specialising in anaerobic digestion. Evergaz’s portfolio capacity increases by almost 50%, with the supervision of 10 new biogas plants in Germany. Download the press release in German
