On 1 January 2026, Evergaz Services absorbed the company LEDJO ÉNERGIE.
Evergaz Services has thus established an integrated organisation bringing together all the expertise required for the management, development, operation and financing of its biomethanisation sites and projects. This new organisation will enable greater agility and responsiveness to the needs of our customers and our sites.
Evergaz sets up in the Hauts-de-France region
Evergaz announces that it has acquired a majority stake in the Biogy methanization plant in Etrun, Pas-de-Calais (62). This new acquisition enables Evergaz to establish itself for the first time in the Hauts-de-France region, thus strengthening its territorial coverage.
